It is very difficult to describe in detail the custom jewelry process because it changes for each individual. But what I can assure you of is:

• I will pay close attention to what it is you are asking for and create a piece that specifically reflects you.

• I will find creative ways to utilize your feedback and involve you in as much of the process as you wish. If we cannot meet in person then I will send sketches, detailed drawings, models for viewing, phone consultations, faxes, photos through E-mail, send stones etc.

• I offer all the information you would ever want or need to feel confident about decisions regarding gemstone purchaces.

• Most important, the job is not completely done until you are completely happy.
